Terms of Service

• Standard Lead Time: As our furniture is carefully prepared and sourced for you, the standard lead time for all orders is 4 to 8 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
  
  
• Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, occasional delays outside of our control may occur. We will always keep you informed of your order's status.
  
  

• Free Storage Period: Once your furniture is ready for delivery, we provide complimentary storage at our warehouse for up to 2 weeks.
  
  
• Extended Storage: If your home is not ready or you are unable to receive your items within this 2-week window, please inform us as soon as possible. Items held beyond the complimentary 14 days may be subject to additional weekly storage fees.
  
  

• 2-Year Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products. All our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty covering structural and manufacturing defects.
  
  
• Exclusions: Please note that our warranty covers normal household use. It does not cover general wear and tear, scratches, improper maintenance, accidental damage, or modifications made to the furniture after delivery.
  
  

• We make every effort to display product colors and materials accurately, but variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting.
